Exchange Policy

At TUFF-FUSION, we get it—sometimes the fit, color, or style isn’t quite what you expected. That’s why we’ve made the exchange process simple and hassle-free!


Eligibility for Exchanges:

*You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

*Sale items, custom pieces, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

1.Contact Us: Email [email protected] or whatsapp us- +91 9201327194 with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Let us know the new size, color, or style you want.

2.Ship It Back: Once we approve your request, ship the item back using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3.Receive Your New Item: Once we get your item, we’ll ship out your exchange free of charge (for first-time exchanges). You’ll get tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.

    Conditions for Exchanges:

    *The new item is subject to availability. If it’s unavailable, you can either choose a different item or opt for a refund.

    *If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the price difference.

    *All exchanges must be for the same product in a different size or color.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    If the item you received is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of everything.
